Terms and Conditions

1. Services Provided

1.1 The Sparkle Clean Services LLC (“Service Provider”) agrees to provide professional cleaning services to the customer (“Customer”) at the agreed-upon location(s) in the state of California.

1.2 The scope of services will be as specified in the signed agreement or work order between the Service Provider and the Customer.

1.3 The Service Provider will perform the services diligently, using reasonable care and skill to meet the industry standards.

2. Service Schedule

2.1 The service schedule, including the frequency and timing of the cleaning services, will be agreed upon by both parties and outlined in the signed agreement.

2.2 The Service Provider will make reasonable efforts to adhere to the agreed-upon schedule. In the event of any necessary schedule changes, the Customer will be notified promptly.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 The Customer agrees to pay the Service Provider the agreed-upon fee for the cleaning services as outlined in the signed agreement or work order.

3.2 Payment is due prior to rendering the service based on the mode specified in the signed agreement or work order.

3.3 Whenever applicable, late recurring payments may be subject to a late fee of 5% per month, compounded monthly, on the outstanding balance.

4. Invoicing

4.1 The Service Provider will provide the Customer with a detailed invoice for the services rendered.

4.2 Invoices will be sent to the Customer’s designated billing contact via email.

5. Taxes

5.1 All applicable taxes, including sales tax, will be included in the invoiced amount.

6. Termination of Services

6.1 Either party may terminate the services with written notice to the other party.

6.2 In the event of termination, the Customer agrees to pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 The Service Provider agrees to carry adequate liability insurance to cover any damages caused by their employees during the provision of services.

7.2 The Customer agrees to report any damages or issues within 7 business days from the service date.

8. Confidentiality

8.1 Both parties agree to keep confidential any information disclosed during the provision of services.

9. Force Majeure

9.1 Neither party shall be held responsible for any delay or failure to perform their obligations under this agreement due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control.

10. Governing Law

10.1 This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California.

11. Entire Agreement

11.1 This document constitutes the entire agreement between the Service Provider and the Customer and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
